We are now offering fines removal system for our fryers to prevent particulate buildup. It may also be retrofitted to used JD fryers as well. This mechanism drags debris from the bottom of the fryer and removes it via a small discharge conveyor. The bottom dragging wipers are Teflon plastic for smooth, gentle cleaning. Our system has no moving seals and is driven with a single motor for a simple, no mess operation. Our efficient wipers allow the whole mechanism to run at markedly low speeds which prevents oil and particulate disruption. This in turn preserves the cold zone on the bottom of the tub for improved oil longevity and turnover.
