Advanced Oil Recovery Options
To maximize your yield and minimize operational waste, our centrifuges can be customized with the following efficiency upgrades:
Flue-Heated Oil Extraction: Optional heating systems recover waste heat directly from the fryer’s flue exhaust to keep the extracted oil warm and fluid. This lowers the oil’s viscosity to significantly improve the total volume removed from the product, all without increasing your energy costs.
Automatic Oil Return: Instead of manually handling and transferring extracted oil, this optional system automatically pumps the recovered oil directly back into your fryer. This continuous loop lowers your total oil consumption and saves you money.
